As part of The Thomas Alleyne Year 9 Careers Programme we are delighted to offer your son/daughter a free place on the ‘Tesco World of Work’ event on the date indicated above. Tesco Property World of Work is a new programme offered exclusively to our students. They will have the opportunity to take part in interactive workshops and find out about a wide range of careers in Tesco Property Management. Students will learn a wide range of transferable skills during these sessions such as gaining localised career and labour market information, live course information and apprenticeship opportunities.

Students will need to arrive at school no later than 8.00 am on the day. Please see following agenda:

Travel on TAA minibus to Tesco Head Office, Welwyn Garden City - 8:15 am - 9.00 am

Welcome and registration -9:00 am – 9:15 am

Tour of the building and sharing the different types of job roles -9:15 am – 9:45 am

Interactive workshops -9:45 am - 12:30 pm

Lunch – provided by Tesco - 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm

Travel back to Thomas Alleyne - 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm
