Tear 7-11 LFD Testing on Wednesday 5th January
Students in year 7-11 will be given a time slot to attend school on Wednesday 5th January for their Covid test. Students should only attend school for their allocated time slot, they will need to wear a face covering but will not need to wear their uniform. They will self-administer the test in the main hall and will be asked to leave site when they have finished. We will send you details of your child's time next week. We will only contact parents after the test if the result is positive.
Sixth Form
Students in year 12 & 13 should complete a LFD test at home the day before they return to school. Tests will be given to students next week. Alternatively they have the option to collect a test from the main hall, or take a test in the main hall at any time on Wednesday 5th January. Sixth form students testing at home should confirm they have done so by completing the online form

Consent
For students in years 8-11 we will be using the consent you provided during our last round of mass testing. If you have changed your mind about the consent you previously provided, please complete the online consent form again with your updated preferences. Parents of all students in years 7 will also need to complete this form. Information provided in this form is used in accordance with the Covid-19 Privacy Notice which can be found online here.
