Year 11 Prom – Friday 8th July 2022

This year the Committee are delighted to inform you that they will be holding the Prom in the Main Hall at the school site on Friday 8th July 2022.

In previous years the Year 11 have celebrated the end of their year at an external venue, but with the

success of holding the Prom at site last year, we felt that the event ran at the school again would be a

resounding success.

Tickets for the Prom will be charged at £25 per person (TAA students only) which includes the following:

• Drink on arrival with

• Buffet food and drinks

• Disco and DJ

• Photographer

• Decorations and lighting

The Committee are hopeful that as many Year 11’s as possible will attend the Prom, to make wonderful memories and a great end to the year.

• Payment of £25.00 due by 27th May; this is non-refundable

• Payments can be made to “The Thomas Alleyne Academy” by cash, cheque or Wisepay.

Please confirm, by completing the attached form, or online form, if your child would like to attend.

I must remind you that at all times students are required to adhere to the academy's behaviour expectations for trips and visits, this will be expected of all our students when attending the Prom. We do have the right to revoke attendance of a student if we feel their behaviour has been a concern to the academy and I must inform you they will not receive a refund if it is deemed they are not permitted to attend the Prom.
