Visitor Information

All visitors must adhere to the procedures detailed in our Visitors Policy. Visitors will be asked to complete the electronic sign in, and be issued with an appropriate badge, which they must wear whilst on site.

Notes for visitors

  • All visitors should report to reception.

  • Visitors should bring photographic ID to their appointment (although this is not required for parent meetings).

  • Visitors who will be working with children should bring a copy of their DBS check on their first visit. They must present this to the receptionist on arrival in order that these details can be checked and recorded.

  • Supply teachers and DBS checked visitors will be identified with separate lanyard from non-DBS checked visitors. 

  • There is no smoking or vaping permitted on the school grounds.

  • Mobile phones are not to be used in the presence of children.

  • Prior to your visit please read our safeguarding leaflet for visitors, which will also be available in reception.

Visitor Accessibility

Visitors with mobility and or visual impairments may wish to contact us prior to visiting so we can help to make your visit as straightforward as possible. Due to the age and georgraphy of our buildings and grounds, not all areas are accessible to everyone. However, with some notice we will work with you make adaptations if required.

We have very limited parking and only one disabled space. We can make arrangements to provide an additional disabled parking space if we know in advance..
